Mail-in Repairs
NOTES: ALL radios sent in for repair and found to have disabled or mis-adjusted AMC/ALC circuits, or improper modification of AM regulator circuits, will have the improper modifications removed. If you have a "clipped" radio , and want it to stay clipped, send it to someone else!! We do NOT allow ANY radio to leave our shop in an improperly-modified condition. This policy is NOT negotiable. Click here for more specific information on this policy. This does not apply to 10-meter conversions, clarifier mods, or channel modifications.
Please contact us before shipping your radio to make sure we service your particular equipment. If a radio for which we do not offer service is sent in, it will be shipped back at your expense with no service performed. We do not handle service of any Magnum brand radio. Please visit http://www.cbshopwhitelist.com to find a Magnum service centers. We use email for invoicing, so if you do not have a valid email address, ask a friend or relative to help you. Payment options are either Paypal (preferred and fastest method), or a US Postal money order. No other money order types are accepted. Return shipping is generally billed in $5.00 increments. If you wish to provide a return shipping label, your bill from us will be for services rendered only. Return shipping labels MUST be either USPS, FedEx, or UPS, pre-paid and pre-printed. If any of the above information is not provided, there will be delays in the repair. You may use the shipper of your choice to send us your radio. Return shipper is at our discretion, but USPS and UPS are our primary carriers. If you wish, you may supply your own pre-paid return shipping label.
