We recently made a purchase on Ebay from this organization. The item was a turbo charger, and although it arrived in undamaged condition, the photos below show how miserable the packing job was. The seller refused to admit it was their fault, claiming that the package in which we received the item was not the one in which it was shipped (I guess they think the carrier switched packing???). The seller further accused us of attempting to extort and defraud, threatening to file a report with Ebay to that affect. Although the seller has a 100% feedback rating on Ebay, we still recommend that anyone considering purchasing from this organization, either within Ebay or directly, take a hard look at these photos before making their decision. Certainly no-one from DTB Radio or any of its associates will ever make a purchase form this organization in the future.
