If the item had been anything but a turbo charger (or other item made of heavy cast metal), I would certainly have rejected it. When it was delivered, there were no rattles, clinks, or other audible indications of damage to the castings, which is why I accepted it. Your point of my accepting it as delivered is seen. Feedback will be neutral instead of negative. However, I still believe that you're guilty of a terrible packing job and are unwilling to admit it. You're certainly guilty of baseless accusations of extortion and attempt to defraud. The statement I made in my original complaint email still stands. I quote:

I can promise you that no-one in my company, or any of its associates, will ever again purchase anything from you.

You accepted the package in the condition in which you have stated, you  have said the item was not damaged, therefore the liability is on you. For future reference, I do not know how the turbo got into that box, nor do I know how it got opened. I do know that I would not accept a delivery if indeed the package was in the condition in which you stated.

I just re-read your email after sending that last reply. For some reason I missed your accusing me of extortion. I'm not sure how you figure my complaining very emphatically constitutes extortion, but I guess some can assume the worst possible theory is the reality in any situation. As for your other accusation that I'm giving you a line of bull about the packing, and that I switched the materials and gave you falsified evidence of the packing, the photos you saw are EXACTLY how I received the item. If you can come with a reasonable explanation as to how you shipped it in one box, and I receive it in another, I'm all ears. Telling me that the carrier company did it is NOT going to fly, and as I already told you, I certainly did not switch the materials as you seem to have convinced yourself is the case. I'm still waiting to leave feedback in hopes that you and I can come to some kind of understanding here.

David,

I am glad the turbo charger was not damaged, as you clearly stated.  Due to the Holiday weekend, I was on vacation, sorry for not responding sooner.  As for refunding your shipping costs - I refuse!  While reviewing your attached photos of the shipping box, it is clear and evident to me that is not the box that I shipped the turbo in!  The box that was used was completely concealed in a brown packing tape, not clear tape.  I DO NOT use clear tape.  First and foremost, I am completely offended by your intimidating initial email regarding firing/lashing an employee for that packing job. I would like you to know that being in the shipping and receiving business, any employee that is on the receiving end of a package will NOT receive a crushed box. I would like to again say that is NOT the box the turbo was shipped in.  Had you responded with a simple statement in your email rather that threatening and attempting to intimidate me and my employees, I would have much appreciated your complaint.

I cannot see refunding shipping just because you say the box was crushed and did not like the packing (which again, was not mine!). The turbo is not damaged as you specifically stated, therefore I cannot refund your money for that.

I do not appreciate you threatening me with negative feedback for an item that you received and say is not damaged! I am not taking very well with your threats!  I will report you to Ebay for feedback extortion if you keep this up. I have all emails from you and will forward to Ebay if this nonsense keeps up, I also do not appreciate you trying to get money for nothing.

You may post what you like anywhere, however, I have never had a negative feedback and will do what it takes to satisfy a customer, as that is the way I like to be treated, but you are definitely going to extreme. I have also noticed your negative feedback pertaining to threatening emails. So please keep this in mind.

Sincerly,
Joe

I haven't heard back from you since I emailed and said that the charger was not damaged. I won't wait much longer before leaving feedback on this item. If you're willing to refund just the shipping, I will be satisfied that the transaction was a net positive one.

I apologize for not responding, this is the first email I have received regarding this issue. This was also in my junk mail box.  Can you please tell me if the turbo is damaged???
Sincerely, Joe

I already sent this email to you via a reply to my payment receipt, but I havent heard anything, so I'm sending it again.

The original email follows:

"Dear Sir or Madam:
The turbo just arrived. The box was crushed beyond belief, and their was basically no packing indside. This is hands down the WORST packing job I have ever seen from any seller on Ebay, and I've purchased from hundreds of sellers. I've attached a few pictures to show just how dismal your shipping quality was.
There is absolutely no excuse for something like this, and certainly no way you can possibly make up for it. To remain a consciencious Ebay'er, I feel at this point that have no choice but to leave negative feedback on this transaction. My feedback will include a link to the photos of your horrible shipping. Whoever is responsible for this packing job should, at the very least, have a black mark placed on their record and receive a good tongue-lashing, along with some kind of suspension or forced leave. I can promise you that no-one in my company, or any of its associates, will ever again purchase anything from you.
I will not post feedback until I hear back from you, assuming you respond quickly."
The photos of the packing catastrophe can be seen at http://www.dtbradio.com/sierralogistics/.
